Adele Murphy, Steps to Work Manager

As Steps to Work Manager, Adele leads our Steps to Work team and manages the day-to-day operations of the programme. Prior to this role, Adele worked as an Employabiility Development Coach and Team Leader at Strawberry Field. She has over ten years’ experience in the employability sector. Outside of work she is training to be a person-centred counsellor and enjoys spending time with family and walking their dog Nelson on the beach.
