John Lennon fans can today claim their place in the face of the legend, add yourself in a giant photomosaic of the world famous Beatle’s face as part of the Strawberry Field visitor exhibition. 

Just as the place is in his song, now fans have their opportunity to be take their place in the face of John Lennon but with spaces limited, fans will have to be quick to secure their spot to become part of this unique opportunity.

As our honorary president, she supports our trainees and our programme on all levels. The true story of John Lennon’s childhood has never yet been told. John's sister Julia has herself been on a personal journey that has finally made it possible for her to reveal the full extent of the pain and difficulties - as well as the happier times - living inside John Lennon's family brought.

'Path of Peace’ is the path that runs around the new bandstand within the Strawberry Field gardens. We're giving you the chance to inscribe a piece of granite and be a part of Strawberry Field forever! 

Once your stone is inscribed and in place, we will take a picture of this and include it in the certificate we email to you. A temporary certificate showing inscription will be emailed within around a week of you placing your order.

This beautiful handmade gift is produced by one of our trainees, Peter Lavin who is currently being supported into work on our Steps at Strawberry Field programme. A creative talent that cannot go unnoticed through his work and love of carpentry and wood. Steps at Strawberry Field supports people with barriers to employment find their passions and strengths for the workplace. 

A unique piece of Strawberry Field - hand-made in garden shed workshop at home, with loving care and attention to detail. This sycamore wood is naturally sourced from our very own Strawberry Field Gardens and will contain inherent variations for a unique style. Sycamores can live up to 600 years old.

Charity Christmas Card Pack & 2025 Charity Calendar 

At Strawberry Field we love the engagement of the community in our work, so the Christmas Card competition was created. Enjoy these winning creations from our supporters throughout Christmas and the new year.  

We also have our beautiful calendar depicting Strawberry Field through the seasons with some iconic shots and wonderful quotes from John Lennon, ideal as a gift or simply to use yourself. 

Own a piece of the original Victorian Strawberry Field - the building John Lennon would have seen as a child whilst playing in its gardens. 

The bricks have been recovered from the original Victorian Salvation Army children’s home. The bricks have been cleaned and prepared, but only enough to get the dirt off, we wanted them to be original. Each brick will be presented in an outer box and will be numbered and embossed with a hologram. 

The money raised from the sale of these bricks will be used to help fund the Steps to Work Programme at Strawberry Field. Strawberry Field is a beacon of hope for young adults with learning disabilities and other barriers to employment in Liverpool and Merseyside. It is a hub where these young adults through training, coaching and work placements will be better equipped to seek employment and make a specific contribution to the community. 

Each brick is individually numbered. Brick numbers unfortunately can’t be requested. All bricks come with a numbered hologram and certificate of authenticity. 

The name Strawberry Field became immortalised in February 1967 with the release of The Beatles single “Strawberry Fields Forever” written by John Lennon. John grew up in close proximity to the children’s home and was always excited to attend the annual Garden Party with his Aunt Mimi. John found the place gave him a sense of peace and tranquillity and would often climb over the wall to play in the grounds.

The FIRST EVER DOCUMENTED PERFORMANCE of John and his Quarrymen playing live at Rosebery Street, and the FIRST EVER PHOTOGRAPHS of the event were taken by me, Charles Roberts.

I was a teenage friend of John and the Quarrymen when I booked them for their first ever documented appearance. At the time it was just a fun day with my pals, and I never realized how momentous my photos would become.
